Crossroads Cares: A Year-End Look at How Investing in People, Community, and Clients Drives Business Forward

December 22, 2025

As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what Crossroads Cares has meant to our business, our people, and the communities we serve. At its core, Crossroads Cares is about intentional investment—investing in talent, giving back locally, and deepening partnerships with our clients so we can deliver smarter, more impactful work.

Upskilling Our Talent Through Professional Development
This year, we made a deliberate commitment to professional growth. From skills-based training and certifications to collaborative learning sessions and leadership development, we invested 118 hours of training and education with financial support to upskill our team. The marketing landscape evolves quickly, and empowering our people to learn, adapt, and lead ensures our clients benefit from fresh thinking and best-in-class expertise. More importantly, it reinforces a culture where curiosity, growth, and career development are not optional—they’re expected and supported.

Giving Back Through Community Volunteer Work
Crossroads Cares also showed up beyond the office walls. Our team volunteered their time and talents to support local organizations, nonprofits, and community initiatives. Whether through hands-on service or skills-based contributions, these efforts strengthened our connection to the community we live and work in. Crossroads team members gave 350 hours of their volunteer time to causes that matter most to them. Giving back isn’t a side project for us—it’s a responsibility, and one that reminds us why meaningful work extends beyond business outcomes.

Investing Time to Better Understand Our Clients’ Businesses
Perhaps one of the most impactful investments this year was time spent with our clients. We leaned into discovery—asking better questions, listening more closely, and gaining deeper insight into our clients’ industries, markets, and challenges. Crossroads Account Managers, Graphic Designers, Social Media, and Public Relations Specialists collectively spent nearly 100 unbilled hours on-site with clients learning about their business, products, and markets. By truly understanding their business realities, we’re able to build stronger strategies, anticipate needs, and act as a true extension of their teams rather than just service providers.

As we wrap up the year, Crossroads Cares stands as a reflection of our values in action. Investing in people, community, and relationships isn’t just good business—it’s how we build trust, create lasting impact, and move forward together with purpose.
